WordSearch for Java is a free word-search (word-find) type puzzle game. Any Java 2 compliant computer platform should be able to run WordSearch. You can generate unlimited random puzzles sized from 10x10 to 30x30. Save partially played puzzles. Print puzzles directly or copy and paste into your word processor. A puzzle can be played by multiple players connected over the Internet or local network. Completed puzzles reveal a hidden message.

This software creates crossword puzzles, word search puzzles, cryptograms, word scrambles, letter box puzzles, word-definition match puzzles, falling letter puzzles, tile box puzzles, vocabulary quizzes, and vocabulary lists. You can enter your own words and definitions or use the list of approximately 500 words and definitions which is included with the software.

Solve word search puzzles on your computer, print them out for solving elsewhere or save them for finishing later. There are also options for changing colors, fonts and the circling method.
