A neat little freeware utility that opens RegEdit and goes straight to the Key you want. And if you have Windows ME, 2000,XP or Vista it will allow you to have RegEdit open without going to the Key you were at last. Open RegEdit also will read a Registry Key for you. You can manually read most Keys but Binary Keys need to be interpreted. Open RegEdit will display the value both as numeric and as a string.

Review by KC: I downloaded and installed a trial version of Registry Mechanic and was rewarded with a slew of junk malware secretly installed on my PC.
