With having offices in different countries, it allows staff at each location to know when people are in the office, lunch, etc. We have also integrated it into our Citrix Metaframe published desktop, allowing our telecommuters to keep track of the status of people they work with. We have easily upgraded the product at least four times to take advantage of new features that are routinely added.
