Teaches letter sounds using upper and lower case letters. Covers long and short vowels. When the child correctly identifies the letter sound they are rewarded with a silly animation using 3D graphics.
Sound is used extensively to help the child identify letter sounds. Help is available as needed by the student. All menu items and directions are read aloud to the student to help pre-readers navigate and operate the program.

Cricklers are a new type of word puzzle - a total re-invention of the crossword puzzle for the computer age. Cricklers adapt: they become easier or harder depending on the skill of the solver. Words are chosen by the designer -- the computer takes care of fitting them together. Clues and answers sit side by side.
