After you place an on-line order and if your transaction is succesfully completed, a receipt for your purchase will be emailed to you by our payment processor.
If you place an order and wish to pay by Wire Bank Transfer, upon completion you should send us by fax or email a copy of your payment receipt. If there are any additional bank charges, they should be paid by you.
Upon completion of payment, we 'll email you the serial number(s) for the product(s) you purchased.
With this serial number and a 'Local Code' which is generated specifically for your machine, you will be able to obtain an 'Unlock Code'.
You can get an unlimited number of 'Unlock Codes', but for up to three 'Local Codes' (that is for up to three PCs per user).

European customers will be charged a VAT of 19%. (HOLISTIKS is located in Greece and 19% is the Greek VAT).
V.I.E.S. is currently not supported.

Prices are in Euros and VAT is not included.
The license you purchase is valid for the current and the previous major versions of the software product and not for the future ones.
Please note that if you have seen different prices of our products in download sites on the Internet, it is because they do not support pricing in Euros.
